UK AAIB has published Special Bulletin on 12 July B787 Incident
On 12 July 2013, fire broke out in the rear upper fuselage area of an unoccupied, parked aircraft at London Heathrow. The initial review of the evidence has led to a focus on the ELT although the possible mechanisms for the initiation and sustaining of the fire have not yet been determined and the Investigation is continuing.
